Light Crusader Sega Mega Drive
Light Crusader is an action role-playing game in the same vein as Secret of Mana, Legend of Zelda or Beyond Oasis. It is an isometric action-adventure dungeon crawler game, developed by Treasure and published by SEGA in 1995. A maniacal wizard has kidnapped the villagers and plans to use them to resurrect an ancient demon, for revenge. The player acts as a kingdom knight, who must travel beneath the kingdom grounds to a labyrinthine dungeon. There, the player must find and kill the wizard before it is too late. Legions of monsters, endless traps and grumpy bosses await you.
Phantasy Star Master System
Phantasy Star was not a Dragon Quest clone, mind you. Sega was smart enough to make the game more distinctive, so that it stood out as its own thing. Phantasy Star has a couple of things going for it that you won't get from another RPG of the era.
Onimusha Dawn of Dreams PlayStation 2
Vamos a ver.
Kingdom Hearts PlayStation 2
I finally decided on Kingdom Hearts, and all I have to say is wow. I thought this game would be horrible, but it's actually really good, in fact better than any game I've ever played! There is everything in this game; action, adventure, music, power! I completely fell in love with this game and I think everyone else will too.
EarthBound Super Nintendo
In all my years of playing games, I can honestly say that no other game has given me the same experience as Earthbound. It's not just the strange characters, the silly humor, or even the psychedelic backgrounds. Earthbound managed to do something that almost every other game tried, and no other game succeeded. This game made me feel for the characters.
Pokémon Red Game Boy
For anyone who grew up in the '90s and loved video games, Pokémon was impossible to avoid, both Pokémon Red and Blue. We all played it when we were kids, our friends played it or we knew about it. The franchise became so big after its release in 1998 that it sold absurd amounts of copies even though it was released near the end of the Game Boy's lifespan.
Secret of evermore Super Nintendo
Secret of Evermore was developed for the Super Nintendo, being the first role-playing video game created in the US released by Squaresoft and developed outside of Japan. It was released in the PAL territory of Australia and Europe (German, French and Spanish), later a Japanese version was created that was later cancelled.
