Adventure Island Gameplay
In each level, eggs contain objects and you have to break them to collect them. An axe, for example, can be found in one of these eggs. To defeat enemies, axes can be found in these eggs. You can also tap skateboards and flowers which do not give points and are not useful.
You can find a fairy godmother that gives the character immunity for a period of time or a poisonous eggplant that drains all the character's energy if they don't eat some fruit immediately after leaving. Milk bottles can also appear that increase the character's energy to the maximum. You can also find hidden eggs (which are present, but invisible) (we stand in the place where we want to find the eggs, and when we jump the ax will disappear, and we will find them).
The keys may be in these secret eggs, which grant bonus rounds in which you must jump on trampolines and collect fruits. In addition to fireballs that can destroy stones and rolling rocks that axes cannot, you can also get other weapons, such as fireballs that can destroy stones and rolling rocks. Once the fireballs have been acquired or when you do not have an ax at hand, and without losing lives, the following hidden eggs will appear in sequence: in the second, third and fourth place a pink bottle of flavored milk will appear, each of which It contains a 2000 point gold ring, and in the fifth place a Master Higgins will appear that provides one life.
At the end of the first round, there is a hidden egg where the Hudson Bee is located, which will allow you to continue playing from the level where you lost all your lives without having to restart everything from the beginning and go back to the first round. 1 vase can appear for each level of the path, these vases will double the remaining energy score after reaching the goal; Sometimes they are hidden inside obstacles or fake enemies and are not always visible.
Adventure Island has 8 areas, each consisting of four phases (1-1 to 1-4). Each phase consists of four rounds (1-1 to 1-4). The most frequent categories are the coast, the ocean, the cave and the forest. The coast is quite simple compared to the sea. After the sea comes the cave, which gains in difficulty, as well as the forest, which is always round 4 and is the most challenging and difficult.
Characters

Graphics
Music and Sound
The music in the game may sound annoying at first, but it will soon grow on you. I, for one, really enjoyed listening to the music in this game and felt that Hudson Soft did a very good job with the music in the game. Even though the same music plays a lot more than I expected (you'll probably hear the same theme music playing in the background for three or four scenarios in a row), the music is still pretty impressive. I think some of the music could have been done a little better, but overall I really liked the music. I especially liked the opening title screen music and the ending stage music.
The sound effects in the game aren't as good as many expected, but they're still pretty solid. The only basic sound effects you'll usually hear are the sound of tomahawks being thrown and the sound of bats and other enemies running or flying. Those are the only main sound effects you'll hear, there's not much here in terms of sound effects. However, the sound effects presented are quite impressive.
Final reflection
this is really a very well done game, and it is extremely similar to any Mario game, especially SMB. However, there are still many unique features that differentiate it from SMB. Any Mario fan or two-dimensional platformer fan will probably enjoy this game. If you're not a Mario/2-Dimensional Platformer, you should definitely try this game anyway, although the chances of you enjoying it are slimmer.
