At the title screen, press Up + Right and then press Start.
Cheats 2: Phase Selection
After you have completed the game once, press Start at the title screen and then immediately press and hold Select before the title screen disappears.
Cheats 3: Weapon Selection

Alisia Dragoon is a 1992 platform game developed by Game Arts for the Sega Genesis. The player controls Alisia, a young woman who seeks to avenge her father and save the world.
