Gunstar Heroes Cheats. Gunstar Heroes is a shooting and racing video game developed by Treasure and published by Sega. It was Treasure's debut game, originally released on the Sega Genesis in 1993. The game's premise focuses on a pair of characters, the Gunstars, in their efforts to prevent an evil empire from retrieving four powerful gems. Characters can fire weapons and perform a series of acrobatic maneuvers to fight enemies in each stage.
