Cheats 1: Skip obtaining the Scope Silph
At the top of the Pokémon Tower is the ghost of Marowak, but if you haven't gotten the Scope Silph Only ghosts will appear that you will not be able to fight and you will not be able to reach the end of the tower to rescue Mr. Fuji.
However, if you use a Pokédoll against the ghost that appears on the stairs to go up to the top floor, you will run away from the ghost, but it will allow you to continue to the top floor and free Mr. Fuji.

Tricks 2: Access the Failed Islands
To do this trick you need to have a Pokémon with flight on your team, otherwise you will get stuck and if you save you will have to start it again. You have to go to the Safari Zone, talk to the manager and say yes to enter said place. As soon as you enter, leave again and the man will tell you if you want to leave. Tell him no, go back in, save the game and turn off the console.
When you have lit it, go out and you will see that the man will not tell you if you want to leave, but rather he will ask you if you want to enter. Say no and walk out the door. Now go to the Foam Islands without using flight (use the surf movement) and when you are close to them, do not enter, circle around for a long time until you receive the following message: «Aviso: ding-dong, tu juego de safari se ha terminado». When you receive this you will appear in the Safari Zone hall. Go out and you will see that the scenery has changed and that there are only numbers and parts of all the cities. You will see water, pieces of buildings, gyms, numbers (many nines) and the occasional letter. If you go left you will be blocked and will have to use flight to get out.
Note: This trick has no purpose, it only serves to experience one of the most curious errors that the game has. In any case, do not save the game to avoid corrupting it.
Tricks 3: Climb a bush
Cut the bush, stand where the bush is, save and turn off the console. When you turn on you will be inside the bush, it is not useful but it is a curiosity of the game.
Tricks 4: The Ditto without attacks

Tricks 6: Get Misigno
First you must talk to the man in Ciudad Verde (the one who drinks coffee). Answer no to the question he asks you and he will then show you how to catch a Pokémon (a Caterpie or a Weedle). Then fly to Isla Canela and swim (with the Surf skill) along the east coast of the island.
Note: You have to be patient to get this Pokémon and you should know that this Pokémon is not worth much. Only learn water gun (x2) and flight. In addition, it is licensed to delete games. If it does not convince you, it is better that you defeat it and this way you will get many units of the object you carry in sixth place in the game.
Tricks 7: Get Gengar
Gengar is a Pokémon that can only be obtained through trading. However, by following this trick you can capture it at level 7:

3. Have a Pokémon that knows flight.
Well, if you have met the above three requirements then follow these steps:
First head to the end of Route 8 and enter the house above. Once there, save the game one step before entering the underground and exit through the door again. Try to avoid fighting the player by pressing Start at the right time. Now fly to Fuchsia City, but keep in mind that when you fly out you must have managed to get the player to see you.
Once in Fuchsia City, go to the right, go out through the door where there is a guard and you will see many trainers who want to fight. Don't fight anyone except the girl looking down, who is right next to the girl looking to the right. Once the fight is over, fly to Lavender Town and walk until you reach Route 8. Then the Start menu will appear, cancel it and you will fight a level 7 Magmar with a single attack: Embers.
Tricks 10: Pokémon that evolve with special methods
Some Pokémon only evolve by using a stone or trading with friends, so it will be impossible to evolve these Pokémon by leveling up. Here is the complete list:

Moonstone: Clefairy evolves into Clefable, Nidorino into Nidoking, Nidorina into Nidoqueen, and Jigglypuff into Wigglytuff.
Note: It is advisable that you do not evolve your Pokémon without first having learned all the attacks that interest you. You also have to keep in mind that you will not find the Moonstone in the Ciudad Azulona Shopping Center, so you will have to find them.

Tricks 11: The answers of the riddles
In the Isla Canela Gym you have to choose between fighting the henchmen or answering the riddles there. If you choose the riddles you will have to answer correctly because if not you will automatically fight against the apprentice. To not fail in any of them you only have to answer the following choices: Yes, no, no, no, yes and no.
Tricks 12: Get Mew
Fly to Ciudad Azulona, go through the subway, stand at the door (record), take a step down, then press Start. If you manage to stop the rival from fighting with you, continue with the trick. If he has caught you, turn off the console (if you have fought with him before, don't try hard, this trick won't work for you).
Now from the menu (which we just opened) fly to Celeste City and go to Bill's house. Have the trainer (the young man) who has a Slowpoke approach you to fight (if you had defeated him before, you will not get Mew). If you get too close and he doesn't move, the game will crash.
Now fly to Lavender Town and head to the route where the subway was. You will notice that if you have done the trick correctly, the menu will open by itself and when you remove it, Mew will appear at level 7.

Tricks 13: Do not see the credits

Cheats 17: Enter the ship after it has sailed
Go to Carmine City and head to the dock. When you try to get onto the boat, the man who is watching will not let you and will push you back. From here, give the button a gentle touch. 
To look towards the sea, save the game, turn off the console and turn it on again. Continue the game and you will look down, so use Surf with a Pokémon and you can go down to the ship.
