Cheats 1: Blood Code
Start the game and wait for a text-heavy screen to appear after the opening credits. The message will appear at the bottom «Mortal Kombat adheres to many codes, but does it contain one?».
Press 2, 1, 2, down and up. If you have done it correctly you will hear a sound and see the message «Now Entering Kombat».
Cheats 2: 1 Hit Kill
On the title screen that begins with the phrase «The word code», press Down, Down, Up, Up, 2, Right. A sound will be heard when entered correctly. On the battle plan screen, press 1 to empty the enemies' health bar.
