These are the tricks tested and that work 100%
Tricks 1: To blows:
Complete the game with any ending. Save it at the end to get a Next fear saved game. Walk the path to the gas station and take the gas tank. Then head to the room below the bridge control room and use the fuel tank on the peak. Now you can use it as a weapon.
Tricks 2: Saw Attack:
You have to carry the electric saw equipped. So when a creature comes to attack you, hold X + Up and you will see how you do not lose energy if they touch you.
Tricks 3: Channeling Stone:
When you have finished the game, you can see the chaneling stone, at the beginning of the game, in the town, in a shop on the top right. It is a kind of rare stone, which is used for a finish that is quite good.

Finish the game with the Good+ ending, load the Next Fear game, and from the cafe search the map for Connentence Store 8, Bachman Street. There is the Channeling Stone, which you have to use in 5 places:
1- On the roof of the School once you have managed to pass through the clock door.
2- When you leave the Hospital to fight against the giant moth. Before going out there is a fence and a patio. Without leaving, use the stone there.
3- In the parking lot of the motel where the motorcycle is.
4- In the Tourist Zone, inside the boat you have to go through to get to the Lighthouse.
5- On the roof of the Lighthouse. If you follow these 5 steps, as soon as you use the Stone for the last time the game will be over.
Tricks 8: hyper blaster:
Finish the game with the Secret Ending and when you start again you will have it in your possession. Use the channel stone in the following places:
1. On the roof of the school.
2. Inside the hospital before fighting the moth.
3. Off the platform in the inn's garden.
4. Inside the boat.
5. On top of the lighthouse.
Tricks 9: Katana:
Complete the game with the good ending. Create a saved game NEXT FEAR then go to Old Town Levin Street, enter the house next to the doghouse. You will find the katana behind the door that was previously closed.
Tricks 10: Gas can:
Any ending will do and it lets you use the Power Saw and Pneumatic Drill. It is in the Gas Station in the old town, next to the Bridge Control Room.
Tricks 11: The endings:
The 5 possible endings depend on your performance and three decisions:
1- Take the Red Liquid that is in the Director's Office using the Plastic Bottle in the Kitchen.
2- You have to use the liquid to save Cybill during the confrontation with her in the Amusement Park.
3- Carry out the entire search for the Kaufmann Motorcycle Key.
Tricks 12: BAD ENDING:
You do not do anything.
Tricks 13: END BAD+:
You take the liquid and save Cybill.
Tricks 14: FINAL GOOD:
You take the key.
Tricks 15: END GOOD+:
You take the liquid, the key and save Cubill.
Tricks 16: Kill the final boss:
Before going down the last ladder take all the ammunition out of your weapons. Fight the final boss and he will die automatically.

Just any ending and have the can of gasoline. It is in the lower room of the Bridge Control Room. Since you only have one can, you will have to choose between the Saw or the Drill. If you manage to finish the game 3 times, another Can will appear.
