Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4 Turtles in Time Super Nintendo
Teenage mutant ninja turtles 4 Turtles in Time. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series is one that will live forever in my mind, whether referring to the comic book series it originated from, the incredible movie trilogy, or the great early video games. Turtles in Time was the second Turtles game to be released on Arcade, and while it didn't live up to the expectations I had after the stellar original, it was still a fun game to play, albeit short. Konami didn't improve things much when it released on the Super Nintendo, but it's still a side-scrolling classic and the last great Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game.
Double Dragon II The Revenge NES
While the series seemingly fell off the radar as the reign of 16-bit systems came to an end, and only one game has been released in the last decade, the series' impact remains significant. Among the many titles and ports, Double Dragon II The Revenge stands as one of the best examples of what a side-scrolling game can and should be.
Gordo 106 – The Mutated Lab Monkey Atari Lynx
Gordo 106 is a good Lynx game that went relatively unnoticed and remains relatively forgotten, which is a shame. I suspect Lynx was on its last legs by then (1993) and few magazines were promoting or reviewing the game en masse. The game has a creative story and involves a monkey on a mission to rescue his fellow lab test subjects from cages (or let them out through doggy doors).
