The Game Gear port is identical to the Sega Master System port, which is actually not the same as the arcade version, but a drastically redesigned version. It's worth checking out for these reasons alone if you're a fan of the series. If you want some good action on Sega's underrated handheld system, it's a pretty solid option as well.
