Trick 1: Set In-Game Controls
As soon as we select our fighter we must leave the # button pressed select # until the button change menu appears.
Trick 2: New Costumes + Select the same character
At the start of the game and as soon as the logo appears CAPCOM we must press 
? 
? ? ?. We will know that it has been done successfully because we will hear a sound and the home screen turns blue. This trick also allows us to choose the same fighter when we play with a friend.
